We do not accept any health insurance anymore but can give you information to file the visit with your insurance. This includes Medicare and due to Federal restrictions, physical therapists cannot see Medicare patients for a billable service for out of pocket payment, so we cannot provide any billing information to anyone on Medicare since we cannot provide care for these people.
