We have moved to an out of network status with Blue Cross/Anthem at the end of 2021 and with United Healthcare (UHC, GEHA, Secure Horizons) on March 4, 2022. We are not accepting patients for Medicare as well. While we are reluctant to do this and realize the impact on our clients, we have had to make this decision. Due to Federal restrictions, physical therapists cannot see Medicare patients for a billable service for out of pocket payment. We are happy to answer any questions you might have.
Though Functional Physical Therapy is out of network for all insurance companies, we are happy to provide you with the information necessary for you to your visit to your insurer for their consideration for payment.
Payment is due at the time of service.
